Guidance for Applicants: Preparing for your interview
At Orbit Care Solutions, we conduct competency-based interviews that are aligned with our values and leadership capabilities, tailored to the specific role you are applying for.
Please review the job description for your position beforehand, as it outlines our core values and expected leadership qualities. If you need a copy of the job description, you can email admin@orbitcaresolutions.org or visit our website at Orbit Care Solutions.
An example of a competency-based interview question is:
“Please give an example of when you have worked as part of a team.”
When responding to competency-based questions, consider using the STAR technique:
S = Situation – Describe the situation or context.
T = Task – Explain the task or goal that needed to be achieved.

R = Result/Reflection – Share the outcome of your actions and any lessons learned.
