This begins with a thorough assessment of care needs, carried out in consultation with the client, their relatives, or Social Services.

We work collaboratively with a range of healthcare professionals, including district nurses, pharmacists, doctors, and surgeries, to ensure care is delivered to the highest standard. Where necessary, all relevant parties, including our care staff, are kept informed of any changes to a client’s Care Plan or requirements, ensuring seamless and responsive support at all times.

All members of staff at Orbit Care Solutions have at least six months of experience in the care industry, guaranteeing that every shift is handled by competent and reliable professionals.
